How do you calculate videos for my monthly limit?
Each time you publish a video by clicking on Finish, it counts as a single video. If you edit a video multiple times but do not click on Finish, your video limit will be unchanged. If you download a video multiple times from the Library, your video limit will be unchanged.
What happens after I exhaust all the videos for a month?
You will switch back to watermarked videos but keep all the additional features in your tier. We are working on billing options that charge you per video after your limit. Until we do that, drop us a message via chat
and we will work something out for you.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You will switch to the new plan immediately. You will be charged at the end of the billing cycle on a pro-rated basis.
When will I get billed?
Our plans are monthly or yearly. For monthly plans, you will be charged immediately upon subscribing and then every month after that on the same date. For yearly plans, you will be charged immediately upon subscribing and then every year after that on the same date.
What is the process for cancelling my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will be active until the end of the current billing cycle. You can continue using Rocketium in your current plan until this period, after which you will be automatically switched to the Free plan. You can find options to view and cancel your plan in the Settings page
What is your refund policy?
Rocketium is built as a pay-as-you-go service so you can pay a reasonable monthly or yearly fee rather than a big upfront payment. This also means that it is difficult to refund payments after customers have used the service for a few days. We do not have a refund policy, but we make it really easy for you to upgrade, downgrade, and cancel. If you believe your case is an outlier and deserves a refund, please write to us so we can figure out a way to make things right.
How can I work with multiple team members?
Our paid plans allow you to create teams that let multiple users collaborate. Members of a team can view and edit videos created by members of the team. We are working on allowing multiple users to edit and collaborate on a video at the same time.
Do we have to pay for every user in a team?
No. If you are a paid user, every video that a team member creates within your team will have access to the same features as you do without additional payments.
How many teams can I create?
Professional users can create 1 team. Business users can create 3 teams.
If I am a member of a team, can I still create videos that are mine and not the team's?
Yes. Just switch your team to "My Personal Videos" and you can view and work on your own videos. These videos will not be visible to your team members.
Can we be a part of multiple teams?
Yes. Users can be a part of multiple teams that could be created by you or anyone else.
Is there a discount for non-profits and educational institutes?

How do I upload custom fonts?
We work with our Business users to add copyright-free or owned fonts. These fonts will only be available to those users.
Are you adding more animations, motion graphics, ...?
Yes. Our design team is continuously finding more ways to make videos compelling. Look out for animations, motion graphics, image shapes, and more elements released regularly.
