What is Video Distribution Amplifier?
Also known as distribution amp or VDA takes a video signal as an input and amplifies it, and the output is amplified to two or more outputs. It supplies a single video signal to multiple pieces of video equipment. It adjusts the amplitude of a video signal to compensate for the loss of signal in a video distribution system. Extending the video signal is the main purpose of VDA. Their main purpose is to input the signal, amplify it and then give the output. For a different video file format, there is a different VDA.
