This is how you can make portrait videos online using Rocketium:

  1. Go to the Rocketium editor. If you haven’t created an account, sign up here.

  2. Add images, text and voice-over

    The first step to creating videos is the “Add Content” screen. In this screen, you can add images, gifs or video clips, text and voice-overs.

    To add media:

    Search: You can click on the search icon (magnifying glass) and search for an image/video clip from our library of over 15 million assets.

    Upload: You can also upload your own image/video by clicking on the upload icon (arrow pointing upwards) and browsing for the image/video on your computer.

    Drag & Drop: You can also drag the image/video you want to upload to the editor and drop it.

  3. Insert voice-over

    Click on the Voiceover icon.

    Use the record button to record your voiceover for the scene and upload button if you already have a recorded audio file.

  4. Select a theme

    Select a theme from our library of 40+ themes and customizable settings categorized by relevance to your video. Adding effects, transitions, motion graphics, color and animations is just a one click-process.

    If you want to change the music, or customise the text styling, media styling, transitions or animations, you can do so by scrolling the panel on your left. You can see the different options below:

  5. Publish in portrait format

    Select the orientation of your video to Portrait mode which is perfect for mobile viewing.

    Click on “Finish” to publish your video.
