Scene 6 for their horns.
Scene 8 But now wildlife rangers in Kenya and the WWF
are fighting poachers with a thermal infrared camera
Scene 9 and catching illegal hunters in a matter of seconds.
Scene 10 In the first 9 months after the camera’s installation,
authorities arrested more than two dozen poachers.
The system allows rangers to see any activity more thana mile away in the dark.
Scene 11 Now, instead of being surprised by poachers,
rangers can surprise them,
giving Africa’s wildlife some much-needed protection.
